Why we like the area
Verona is beautiful suburb just to the southwest of Madison, Wisconsin. Take a look here to learn why it has grown so much, and about many of the reasons to like this hamlet. But perhaps its most notable claim to fame is as the home of Epic Systems, the electronic medical record behemoth that has driven so much growth and attracted so many recent college graduates to the area. It’s Verona campus has even been featured in the New York Times.
Why we own this property
We were able to get this four-unit for a great deal in 2019, and have been thrilled with its performance, just by riding the wave of local growth and with only routine maintenance. Built in 2001, though, it could use some updates, namely to the kitchens, bathrooms, and general decorating.
